      Arcadia is not a very organized company- they do not check up on there workers to see if they are at the homes- I have called them quite a few times to tell them that no one was at my home to help with personal and light cleaning for my family member. they never one time knew why that person did not show up- Also they are to do personal care and home light cleaning and they do personal and leave without doing the home light cleaning- i think this Arcadia needs to be looked into- they need better organization and look very at what there workers are and what they are doing-
