North georgia dentures and implants



They rate a zero in consideration for patient needs and comfort. My wife is disabled and was left for an hour in the dentist's chair. She finally asked a passing nurse when the dentist would be back. Apparently he wasn't going to be back ever. He'd made out a list of what needed to be done, but didn't bother to take the time to come back to discuss it.



There's no organization that's apparent at any level. After you arrive you're in the waiting room for twenty minutes, then sit in the cubicle and wait some more, then are subjected to come and go visits from the dentist as he takes care of whatever else he has going on at the same time.



Their focus seems to be on cheap prices for dentures. Sounds good, but my wife has an upper partial that was made six months ago and she still can't wear it without pain and discomfort.

great group of drs...great staff..very caring and helpful..i had teeth pulled, bone graft,stitches and dentures all done the same day..they do not take insurance..but have great forms for you to turn in to your insurance co..i got my check from insurance in 2 weeks..the prices were great..a great experience and really great dentists and oral surgians

So far, the best thing about this place is the ads and promos which circulate! The only ones bold enough to give this place a higher rating than one star has to already be employed there! SUBSTANDARD service and people! I am TRULY a patient person. When they didn't get it right the first time I gave them another opportunity to redeem themselves. They suggested I keep the defected partial while they remake a better fitting/looking one. Then they decided to charge me for it! I'm a softie (and sometimes gullible) so I agreed to the quoted price. On my way out, they decided to increase the price of the defected denture! That's when I put my foot down and said "NO"! They asked for the defected one back and THREW IT AWAY!!! I'm still horrified at their crass behavior! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! #smh

All you baby boomers out there......the words Dentistry sends chills up your back! You must try North Georgia Dentures & Implants! Every aspect of my visit there was pleasant! A must visit if you have dental problems. Very caring and resonably priced. Very highly recommended.
