We bought a used RV from these folks. We had great service and they went over all the different things you need to know to get up and go in a class A RV. They make you feel like one of the family. I would buy another RV from them in a minute. Even if it meant driving back another eight-hundred miles to do it.

The bed was comfortable, but, the room was small for having a king size bed. Very noisy people above us, so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise, quiet place. Decent breakfast.

I recently brought my Airstream in for service and had a wonderful experience. I scheduled an appointment in advance, the manager was awaiting my arrival and quickly got me in the shop. I had my bearings repacked, new Kodiak brake pads installed, and a new skylight installed. The service took just under 3 hours start to finish, which is reasonable for what was done. During that time, the manager(I think his name was Steve) walked me through some new Airstream trailers to show me some of the new features and even asked if I would like some water or coffee. The prices seemed a bit on the high side but I would surely take my Airstream to them again. You pay for good service.

Ryan, I just wanted to drop a note to say thanks again for all your great help in setting us up with the Class A RV for our MAWF Disney World vacation. Julie and I were both impressed with your knowledge, the level of service and professionalism you offered. We feel you went above and beyond the call of duty by coordinating the fabrication of the ramp at your facility that allowed us to efficiently get Olivia in and out of the RV. I have to admit, I was a little nervous at first about getting to USAdventureRV and the ramp not being correct because it required such custom specifications, however you were "spot on" is conveying the specs to your fabricators. Because of you and your staff, we were able to have an absolutely wonderful vacation with our daughter Olivia, which was priceless to us. Thanks again and if you ever need a family as a reference to provide a testimonial for USAdventureRV, we would be more than happy to provide such. Thanks again Ryan for a job well done.

We had never purchased a trailer or for that matter anything via ebay before and your operation was certainly a great experience. The trailer traveled back to Minnesota just fine, it was a long day on the road, however the extra care we received from you and from all made the day. We do hope that you have a very successful summer sales season. If you keep up that type of care and customer service, you will undoubtedly be more than successful. Such a nice staff!!!

When you check out the RV for renting, you'll notice minor ripped fabric, chipped paint, cracked fiberglass and lots of little things you'd expect in a rental. You think, 'no big deal, it all works fine'. Even though they tell you 'careful checkout and easy checkin' -- When you bring the RV back after your rental, they'll find something new and will either bill your insurance or keep your $1000 deposit. Just know that going in. It's going to cost you $1000 more than you think. Once they have the repair money, will they actually repair the RV? No.. I should have known that when I saw all the little problems before I left that weren't fixed. So, I made a mistake and didn't realize what that meant but now least you won't be surprised.
