(More) The service department manager's idea of customer service was noting to me that he "did me a favor" when they loaned me an ac adaptor after they failed to fix my computer twice within 4 weeks of waiting. I mailed the ac adaptor with the FedEx label they provided me after I received my new one. I received a call weeks later stating that they did not have the ac adaptor they loaned me. After I said I sent it, the manager accused me of lying and said it "would take too much time to search through months and months of receipts to verify what you say you did". In all fairness, I should have kept the tracking number. But shouldn't I safely assume that they keep computerized/electronic of shipping/receiving records? I have not heard back from the store manager regarding this issue that took place on May 31, 2007. I believe the service manager should have handled the situation with professionalism. I can't say that I will entrust my computer to them again. (Hide)
