(More) My mother recently had procedures at Harris Hospital and Baylor All Saints and the difference was remarkable.At Baylor All Saints the experience was competent, warm and friendly from the very beginning until the end. At Harris we encountered haughty attitudes and down right rude treatment at every turn. The medical personnel seemed competent, but we were sent to the wrong dept 4 different times by people who were supposed to be informing us where to go next. At All SAints, we were walked to the places we needed to go. I will sing the praises of Baylor every chance I get.  (Hide)

Bad Service: Your web site is not user friendly. It takes an act of congress to find a phone number for the different locations (which I still have not found). Also there is no information what so ever on how to contact IT or web support to get... (More) Bad Service: Your web site is not user friendly. It takes an act of congress to find a phone number for the different locations (which I still have not found). Also there is no information what so ever on how to contact IT or web support to get a password reset and if you do by any chance locate a main number to call they have no idea where to send your call or have no information about what to do. I have been told for years now they are updating their IT department. I guess they are lying. If they are going to lie about this what other information are they lying about? If you can't set up a web site how do you expect us to rely on how the hospital system. Also a new thing Baylor and other hospitals have started doing is not giving you your prescriptions on check out if you do not give them any money.  (Hide)
