It takes an act of congress to find a phone number for the different locations (which I still have not found). Also there is no information what so ever on how to contact IT or web support to get a password reset and if you do by any chance locate a main number to call they have no idea where to send your call or have no information about what to do. I have been told for years now they are updating their IT department. I guess they are lying. If they are going to lie about this what other information are they lying about? If you can't set up a web site how do you expect us to rely on how the hospital system. Also a new thing Baylor and other hospitals have started doing is not giving you your prescriptions on check out if you do not give them any money.  (Hide)
