Our system was down on Tuesday at 8:30 am and by 10:00 am, everyone had internet access and email was functioning as well. No one could guarantee us less than 2 hours response time but Computer Operating Systems. Why am I writing this... because this morning first thing we got a call from COS to see if everything was fine, who does that today. COS was able to provide us with the new DELL computers and server we needed at a great price (better than DELL online). In less than 10 days our network was up and running. Our new website is perfect. Their years of experience, do make a difference. We are grateful for the top service, courtesy and low prices. (Hide)
