I appreciate that Mark and Rich kept me informed on progress of work and offered less expensive alternatives to parts and accessories. It was refreshing that what service was NOT needed was addressed and thus not charged. They really work for the benefit of the customer. I have a Mac and this time called another Mac user friend to ask where he takes his Macs and before I mentioned CS he recommended. Computer solutions are great. the techs are friendly and they really know what they are doing. Thier great at finding parts at a low price. Theres no sales pitch or B.S with them. They are straight forward with you. I will be a repeating customer for a long time.
