Had my generator installed in Aug 2017. The entire sales and installation process went very smooth. We couldn’t be happier and are ready for the next hurricane.

I purchased my generator a few years back from Pan American and they installed it. I have had several issues with the unit. Pan American replaced several parts over the last couple of years and I don't know if they needed to be replaced or if Pan American was just stabbing in the dark for a solution to my generator's problems. They have just now figured out why it doesn't work as designed. The natural gas line does not have enough pressure to supply the generator. Pan American then charged me almost $200 for diagnosis that they installed the generator wrong. They do have some good qualities but that seems irrelevant at this point.

i called pan american to ask about there generators and was put though to deryl. mr deryl asked me a few question and told me what he thought would work then he asked about coming out and giving me a written quote.mr deryl was running a few minutes later (about15) he called and told me he would be a few minutes late. when he got there he was dressed like a professinal and answed all my questions with no hestation which meant alot.they also handle the install which is done by powersource electric who does a professional and outstanding job which i will use again when need. i would recommend pan american / powersource electric to anyone looking for a fair and professional job. the price was also fair.
