Airnow is awesome! Jeff and Shawn came out on a Friday night at 11pm to fix my furnace. They were fast, Professional and made me laugh during a stressful situation. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that really cares for it's customers. I will request Jeff and Shawn and AirNow when I need service again and also to all my friends. You guys ROCK!!!!!!

Awesome Service. We had our A/C out for over 4 months. I talked to Ray the owner of Air Now Heating and Air Conditioning and he was dependable and very respectful. His employees were knowledgeable of the situation and the price was amazingly cheap with high quality service. Superb Job!

Exceptional! We just purchased a house a couple of months ago and of course, the AC stops working AND we are going into a three day weekend AND the piece that requires replacement is huge, costly, AND must be shipped. We also have visitors coming from Los Angeles and it is forecasted to be over 100 this weekend. To say I felt panicked would be an understatement. In comes Air Now - THEY SAVED THE DAY! Seriously, they were amazing. They were able to get the part here overnight and get it installed on the Thursday before Labor Day weekend (the issue was diagnosed on Tuesday). The whole team was exceptional - it was a great ending to a bad situation. Highly recommend them. They are definitely our AC and heating company from this point forward.

Was gone all day on Sunday to a wedding, got home around 10:30 p.m. to find my a/c had gone out. My next door neighbor referred Air Now to us a few weeks back in case we ever needed a/c work done. I called Air Now Sunday night around 11:00 p.m. with the intent to leave a message thinking I'd get a call back the next morning. I left a message regarding the issue and immediately got a call back within 5 minutes and they said they would have someone out to check it out around 8:30 or 9:30 the next morning. They (Pete) arrived at exactly 8:30, diagnosed the problem within about 5 or so minutes which thankfully was only that the fan motor had gone out on the outside unit. Pete said he'd go get the part and return in about 30-45 minutes and he did and had the air working and the house had started to cool down by about 10:15 a.m. Was pleasantly surprised at the great service of this company and will definitely call on them in the future. Very honest and reasonable prices.

I have never done a review like this before but am so happy after this companies visit I feel compelled to write. At first I read all the other reviews before calling them and skeptically just thought they may all be written by the company themselves. Well this one is legit. Chuck the tech just left my house fixing my AC for $145 after 2 other compamies had quoted me $6500+. He has also given me a quote to help further repair the system to increase the effeciency and correct the builders original installation mess. I will definitely take him up on this offer and truely appreciate his honesty and thorough knowledge of my system and its issues. Sorry I did not call Air Now first.

These guys are awesome! Last Thursday morning we woke up and quickly realized the AC was not working...6:30am and it was already 80 degrees. I called AirNow at 6:45am. Within 5 min, got a call from the owner...Awesome! About 4 hours from then, he had one of his technicians at my house. Within about 30 minutes, the AC was working again. The problem was a capacitor on the blower. A lot of other companies would have replaced the entire blower but not these guys...they are honest.About a year ago, our AC coils went out. We first called one of the large companies out of Dallas and they quoted us a charge of at least $5000 to replace the whole unit. Thankfully we called Ray at AirNow and he was able to fix our problem at more than half the cost they quoted. If you are looking for an honest, dependable, easy to do business with AC company, choose these guys. You will definitely be glad you did!

Very promt in their service. I called, and they came out within the hour to service my AC unit. Great price too! The technician, Pete, was very polite and friendly, and I appreciate his work. Will definately be calling them again for regular maintenance.

A little late getting around to this review since we had service on Memorial day. But I just saw one of their trucks and it made me smile & reminded me to leave a review. They came out (Chuck) on Memorial day because my outside machine died. Had to go get the thing and was back to install it . I called around on Tuesday to shop price and they were the best price aswell! Even on a holiday ! I will sing this companies praises to anyone who will listen! Great job ! + great price + great friendly service= happy family!

Air Now is a trustworthy company. I had three estimates and each one told me something different was wrong with my ac unit and needed to be replaced. Ray (the owner) came out with another technician and explained everything. I did not need that costly replacement($4,300) it was a minor fix ($327.00) and we've been up and cooling better than ever. Check the reviews and get more than one opinion as there is no so honest companies out there. Thank you AIR NOW!

we had a new air conditioning and furnace system installed in our attic. It works better then they said it would! so impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail in ther work. they even fixed a drain problem on my other unit at no cost. these guys are amazing and efficient. we'll definetly call them when the other system dies.

Thank you all for the reviews! It has helped me in making a decision. I have an appointment scheduled for next Wednesday in the morning. It is just for a tune-up to make sure everything is working properly. I called and left a message this morning and within 5 minutes he had returned my phone call. He was very courteous and helpful! :)

I found them online and saw the reviews...Wow! I called and left a message, they called back w/in 5 min. said they would be out at 11:00-11:15a.m., Chuck showed up at 9:45 and had it fixed by 10 a.m. It was less expensive than anywhere else I had called. I will definitely use them for my maintenance of our a/c unit. They were awesome! Thank you
