Let me start by saying Chris Reyes is an outstanding professional. He went above and beyond to ensure all of our concerns and questions were answered. My family and I are so thankful for TitleMax.

Upon initiating the loan the rep allowed for us to be interrupted by another employee several times by making me wait to help her with whatever..which I found irritating and very rude on both their parts considering I was on my lunch hour and the only customer in the store. Other than that, the other review on here is unfortunate and I find inconsistent with my experience. ..I know it's a lot of information at once that they put out.. but maybe your friend just wasn't paying attention? The rep made verbally very clear what amounts where the interest..and what would go towards the principle. It's the same concept as a credit card ie..if you only pay the minimum, (which is usually the interest) ..you'll be paying the interest all your life..

Don't do it. Its a rip off and they have no morals they are deceitful and don't make it clear that the payment you're required to pay does not go towards your principle. Texas needs to ban these types loans. I know someone who was making payments for about a year and thought they were close to paying it off to only find out that nothing had gone towards the principle. Hope it is off limits to soldiers.
