The food is nearly all vegetarian, with a few meat dishes for your carnivorous friends. An amazing variety of customers attest to the (A) quality and (B) low prices of the food. The style of the cuisine is informed by the multinational palate of Dubai, according to the owner, who gave me free samples to go with my veggie sampler. Each dish is distinct from the other, and indescribable. I am a pretty well-traveled diner, and yet the Borage Grill showed me that many Arabic (¿Mediterranean¿) restaurants are getting it wrong. Unfortunately I live over 115 miles away, or I'd eat here constantly. (Hide)

Management is friendly and happy to explain the menu and I like trying new foods so this is a great place to do that plus it is very reasonably priced. (Hide)
