      I am completely dissatisfied with CNB. First of all, I opened my account, not being told that I would not be able to change my debit card password. It came in, and I wasn't able to use it as a debit card because I never received a password, nor instructions on how to activate it. Secondly, their website is ALWAYS down and checking my account balance is near impossible. I check in the a.m, p.m, and even late at night and can never get on. When I do happen to get lucky and get on there, it's never updated, it takes DAYS to post transactions. I am pulling my money out of there and going closing all accounts. I still have my account with BOA and they will be handling all of my fiances from this point forward. As far as I'm concerned, having "free checking" doesn't make up for the fact that every other facet of CNB is lacking - Thank you but no thank you CNB, you're small town and very inconvenient.
