I stayed at this hotel with my husband and 2 children for 2 nights. I was very dissatisfied with the hotel as a whole. The room was a double queen and it was very clean. We were on the third floor and the smoking and nonsmoking rooms are all MIXED together! The place smells like a giant ash tray! We had to leave our window opened in our room just so we could have fresh air. They dont even include soap or shampoo in the bathrooms! How cheap is that? I know my room rate wasnt cheap, but yet they cut every corner possible so they could save $$$. The ice machine was broken on the third floor; we had to go to the first floor every time we needed ice. The rooms are very loud. We heard thumping coming from above us, people talking in the room next to us, and doors slamming all NIGHT LONG! Conway is a dry county and you cannot buy alcohol there. We were on the back side of the hotel and there was a group of me sitting in the parking lot drinking beer. They were very loud and they also had 4
