After a brief initial phone call I will meet with a new client for approximately one hour to gather information, answer questions, provide my initial thoughts and explain what lies ahead. Following the necessary investigation and review, the work begins. My goal is to get what my client is entitled to within the bounds of the law. Nothing more and nothing less. My clients need compensation money and medical care money . My opponents, Ohio BWC employers and Social Security, want to save money. In fact they won t pay any more money than they absolutely have to pay. My opponents are represented by welltrained attorneys and administrators.
