0AC went out a day before 220 were to arrive. Classic came out the next day and found the problem. To double check I had another estimate. The compeitior was a little cheaper but were scheduling out 3 weeks where as Classic could do the job in a few days. I went with Classic and they arrived when they said they would with two people. The compressor and AC unit needed to be replaced. The service guys were excellent, polite, efficient and great to have working on my house. They went so far as to ask if I had questions and to see if I wanted to see what they had done. I took them up on it and was very pleased with their work and how nice they were to talk to. Classic has always done a nice job for us but after the experience with these two service gentlemen I can highly recommend Classic. Employees can make or break you and these two represented Classic very well! Nice job to all at Classic.
I would hope the repair person was nicer and more understanding than the person who answered the phone. You can have a bad day, or be swamped with calls, but when you can't and won't answer a simple question that another service provider answered gladly, you don't *need* the business, but you'll *take* the business. And, typically, there's a big gap between "how can I help you" and "do you want to schedule an appointment, or not."
