It would be a novel idea if banks actually try and work with its customers. Unfortunately, Chase is not one of those banks. I often feel like a number when dealing with Chase, as opposed to a valued customer. I would not recommend Chase.

Awful experience with the vice-manager at this location. She refuse to notarize a paper for us, and we are clients of the banks for the last 12 years. She needs to be remove for absolute no customer service skills. We went to other branch and finish... (More)
