I do not recommend ! Very unprofessional . When we call to talk to my grandmother , half the time no one answers the phone . When they do answer , " it's .. Yea ! " not hello this is magnolia mannor may I help you ! then the take her a cordless phone that has bad reception . She also told me that not all the staff are nice to her , some just walk out and don't come back . I work in long term health care .. this is unexceptable .
