TOOK MY CAR THERE FOR THE "MANAGER" SPECIAL AND WHEN I LEFT THE FIRST TIME, MY CAR AUTOMATICALLY SHUT OFF OVER 5 TIMES... THEN ONCE I WAS ABOUT TO TAKE MY CAR BACK THERE THAT DAY, THEY TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED A CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR AND A OXYGEN SENSOR AND THAT THE OXYGEN SENSOR COULD HOLD OFF... REMIND YOU THAT MY CAR NEVER CUT OFF BY ITSELF BEFORE I WENT THERE... I LEFT WITH MY BROKEN CAR AND TOOK IT TO A LEGIT MECHANIC AND HE TOLD ME THAT I DIDN'T NEED A CRANKSHAFT SENOR AND THAT JIFFY LUBE MESSED UP MY CAR BIG TIME... SO, I HAVE TO PAY CLOSE TO $1000.00 TO REPAIR MY CAR.... MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TOLD ME NOT TO GO THERE BECAUSE THEIR CARS HAD TROUBLE ONCE THEY LEFT JIFFY LUBE... WORD TO THE WISE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE AS WELL...

Went in confident for an oil change, Left there a nervous wreck!.Car was diagnosed as,low battery,had oil leaks,screws on oil pan loose,asked mfg sug tire pressure, Asst Mgr replied he didn't know. Next day I made call to find out mfg tire press,was much less than was put in my tires,had battery checked, it was perfect, took car to my mechanic, no loose screws, no oil leaks They advertise "Excellent Cust Svc" THEY DON'T DELIVER! Called store manager for refund minus parts, for the hassle, misdiagnosis,etc. HE REFUSED. Called his mgr as well as the District Manager, who pretty much admitted his employees acted & look like fools, but he was still NOT WILLING to refund my money! He offered to give me coupons for money off my next oil change (which I would never use) or recheck my car, but I refused, since I don't want them near my vehicle again. I will never go back there,or recommend them to anyone, In fact, I will discourage as many people possible from going there! BUYER BEWARE!
