everyone is very polite and helpful. They are very organized and the rental prices are very reasonable. There is a slight odor but I believe the smell is leaking over from the restaurant beside them.

friendly and well organized. don't know where the other person went but this store doesn't smell. my family goes there all the time and is always greeted with a smile and great service and help when needed. plus with 4 kids they are VERY patient too. love them keep up the great work and don't change a thing.

This is a horrible place to visit. As soon as you open the door, it stinks like hell. Smells like onions and some foul smell simply unbearable. Very hard to breathe inside. If the room stinks so badly, how can one expect to visit the place and buy any of their movies? I have stopped going there. All they have is a dollar freshner in every corner!
