I am very disappointed in the service I received from this company. I bought a spa from them in 2003. Practically everytime a service call in needed it takes weeks beofre they come to fix things. This year has been the worst. Had a leak detected and it took 6 weeks before they came to "fix" it. They did not get it fixed, yet charged me a $60 trip fee plus labor charges. Called again to have it fixed. The owner came by, looked for the problem, and then came back 4 weeks later to work on it. Charged me for a $10 part, plus 2 trips ($60 each) and over $100 in labor - AND IT"S STILL LEAKS!!! And one of the pumps hasn't worked since they came out. They have been unresponsive to my email to make things right.
