I left my dogs at Woodmen Kennels for less than 4 days, I was charged for 5 because that's their policy. My dogs both had obviously not had access to water for quite some time. When I got home both dogs dove on the water and drank way more than I have ever seen them drink. They also had obviously not had access to the outside area for quite some time because they both had massive releases as soon as we exited the building. I feel really bad that I trusted these people with my dogs. I would advise not making the same mistake.

I give them 1 star because they are good groomers but they are difficult to deal with. They took our doberman while we went on vacation, they knew his medical situation and agreed to give him his insulin shots no problem. Then they call us on the second day of vacation and tell us we have to pick him up. We had to call another facility to come get our dog and take him. The excuse they gave was that he didn't eat the first day (he actually did start eating the second day).these people are jerks to deal with. I would never take my animals there to board them ever again.

I have been taking my dog there for the past 8 years for grooming and they have been wonderful. They treat my dog so well and he looks amazing after every groom. Great place!!!

Worst kennel ever! Do not take your pets here. They will come home injured and the staff doesn't care. The staff is also VERY rude and nasty. The tall, brunette woman actually walked away from me and slammed a door in my face because THEY screwed up the reservation and called the wrong phone number, HORRIBLE place! If you want your fur babies to be safe, go somewhere else!

I just dropped off my dog and cat during the Black Forest fire. They took them in immediately, did not bother me with requests for shot records which of course I didn't have, allowed me to visit and took great care of my pets. And to top it off , they didn't charge us! Very, very friendly people.

We recently had to leave our dog at a kennel for a week due to us being out of town. We chose Woodmen Kennel because it was a good price and very close to our home. It ended up being a fantastic choice! We had never left our dog before and when we went to pick her up, they said she did very well while she was there. I am extremely satisfied with the care they provided our dog and will definitely be using them anytime we go out of town!
