I brought my husband for his appt. There was a line to check in, limited space and very uncomfortable seating. When I picked him up he had been placed in the front reception area, still very out of it, and said it was a very unprofessional experience for his colonoscopy. He said it was like a patient mill that was only out for $ and not the patients comfort. He was upset. Will let the referring physician know.
Upon initially driving into the parking lot I was struck by how smal the building was. It when I entered I was very disappointed. 11 uncomfortable chairs, very dirty carpet, dirty walls, door, etc. Although the receptionist was efficient she was not a very good people person. She never greeted us or even looked at our faces. She was professional just not warm at all. The staff office is open (no doors) so we were privileged to hear all about dates and weekend plans. Very inappropriate. Again, the inner office (where the patients are prepped) was dirty on walls and very small. The staff were a lot more friendly.
Clean, competent, small waiting time except I didn't read the instructions closely enough and drank apple juice the hour before. I had to wait about another hour once I got there for my stomach to empty but after that they fit me in fairly quickly. They also scheduled me within about 48 hours because my insurance was running out at the end of the month - though I'd recommend a few more days lead and fully reading the directions a few days before. That would have been less hurried.

After a two day fast I show up to my appointment to hear the doctor had left and they wanted to reschedule. After being contacted to confirm my appointment days before suddenly they couldn't reach me any sooner than my actual appointment time. They receptiomist and nurse were very unapologetic. Don't waste your money or time.

I have visited Front Range Endoscopy Center twice in the last 3 months. Sure the waiting room is small, but during my visits, there were only one or two people waiting. It was good enough for me & my ride. As far as the staff is concerned, all were very professional, and I did not hear anything concerning other patients info, nor was any of my info spoken about by staff in public. In any medical setting one hears things about other patients - it can't be helped. It is up to the person hearing the information to keep it confidential (not gossip). The nurses in the back were great. The Doctors were great. Everyone seemed to care very much..I have had over 10 endoscopy procedures over the years, and this was the best facility I have ever been to. Even better than Memorial, and other private Endoscopy centers. I would recomend this center to anyone...

I brought my wife to Front Range Endoscopy. Same thing, no space to wait (9 chairs). People standing and in line processing. We were dissapointed that everyone in the front can hear about all your personal info in a room of approx 400 sqf.

The outside of the building looks really nice. There is limited parking. The staff seemed over worked. Which us understandable because, I talked to two other patients who were scheduled the same appointment time. The waiting room is tiny and there weren't enough seats. For having a wait time of over an hour this was uncomfortable. My daughter and I finally went to sit and wait in the parking lot. We were approached by 5 different homeless people in 20 minutes. Overall it was like walking into a very expensive free clinic.
