I just received the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen. My husband is overseas and he surprised me with a unexpected gift of flowers and candy. These flowers are so gorgeous. I can't say enough how special they make me feel. Thanks I will tell my husband and his fellow platoon members how great they are

I had a nightmarish experience with this company. Instructions for the flower delivery said to "leave at the door if no one is home". They left them at the neighbor's house while claiming that my fiancee (who was supposed to receive the flowers) had signed for the flowers. However, they left a note at my fiancee's house saying that the neighbors had the flowers. How is that the flowers were delivered to a different address than the one on the order but yet my fiancee signed for them? Something does not add up. I think this company was extremely careless in how they handled the order. They couldn't tell me what happened. They simply told me that it was too cold for the flowers to be left outside. In that case, I would have appreciated a phone call telling me that it was too cold with an alternative location to be picked up. This is a shady company in my opinion, and I expect a better service for the amount that I payed. I will definitely never use this company again.

We sent my Grandma flowers for Christmas, unfortunatley she was hospitalized the day after she recieved them. When she got home 6 days later, she called to tell us they were still alive and beautiful. She was worried we had spent money on something that would be dead by the time she got home. (you know how Grandma's can be) We were just glad She was Okay. I don't know how they do it but evertime I order from them, the flowers last a long time. I would recommend them if you need any flowers for anything. I have gotten my flowers from them since I was in High School, I'm now 32 and I have never been dissapointed.

I FORGOT MY ANNIVERSARY. I CALLED THE SHOP THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SENT MY WIFE A BEAUTIFUL VASE OF FLOWERS. SHE WAS HAPPY AND SO WAS I. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND THE FLOWERS ARE STILL ON MY WIFES DESK AT WORK!! THANK YOU COLORADO SPRINGS FLORIST!!!

I have ordered from this florist for years when sending flowers to my mother in Colorado Springs. I found them before the Internet was around by calling (telephone) information, being told I had to have the name of a florist to get the phone number, and giving the name Colorado Springs Florist - figuring it was a safe bet to exist.What a stroke of luck! I almost always call late, but they always get the flowers out on time, are always very helpful with ideas and my mother always says the flowers are beautiful and last a long time. The price is less than I usually expect it to be. I strongly recommend this flower shop!
