(More) Wound up choosing Basset after reading the reviews and talking with Mike during his in home visit.Had a new Goodman high efficiency furnace installed in October. This replaced a 37 year old unit that was installed when our house was built. I will give it a couple of months longer to assess how much we are saving on our gas bill. It should be considerably lower since we no longer have a pilot light burning year round.We were very happy with the overall experience and will definitely use them for any future services. (Hide)

Great company. I had gotten a quote for a repair for a lighting strike from another local company for about $1200. ... (More) Great company. I had gotten a quote for a repair for a lighting strike from another local company for about $1200. Thinking that did not sound right I called Basset Heating. I called the right company. It was great service, a great repair and had them do additionally a new thermostat and a cleaning and paid less than 1/2 the price of the other company. Thank you Basset.
