They completely misdiagnosed my car's problems, claiming that I had a damaged cylinder and catastrophic engine failure and estimated the work starting at $2000. Luckily I took my car to a reputable garage for a second opinion to find no cylinder damage and a simple fix. My car is running great now and my wallet is intact thanks to listening to my instincts. Shops like Aspen auto clinic give honest independent garages a bad reputation. (Hide)

I had a conversation with this customer after this review. I apologized and refunded her diagnostic fee. The timing belt had jumped and caused a "no compression" situation in the engine and my technician "assumed" the valves were damage due to this engine normally being a "interference engine". We should have re-aligned the timing belt and rechecked. It was an honest mistake and all techs have been educated so this never happens again. We have worked really hard to maintain a great reputation but sometimes honest mistakes happen. I NEVER put up with dishonesty in my organization. (Hide)

(More) I've always had a good experience everytime I've brought my vehicles in for service and repairs. Not only is their customer service excellent (unlike the horrid experiences I had at the Colorado Springs dealership, not to be named here) but they provide honest estimates and work. They are willing to work with your schedule and have gone out of their way several time to accommodate my needs. They are not exactly cheap, but then again you get what you pay for and it is definitely worth the peace of mind. Highly recommend, A++ (Hide)
