Dan and Kelly, and Tom - just great people. They took care of us when we needed to park our RV for a few months, and topped off the propane for us as well. What I appreciate most is the follow up - making sure we had all the details on our gate code, the office hours and when I could get on the property. And, they gave me a couple of emergency phone numbers, just in case we needed. 5-Star Storage for sure.

44% LATE FEE on an auto pay account. We have been customers of American storage for 10+ years. Our monthly payment was made automatically by credit card without any problems. Evidently when the card was switched to a chip card, the charge did not process. We were not notified until 45 days later, and by that time they had added a $60 fee to our regular $68 / month charge. That amounted to 44%. When questioning the charges, the only response we received was that we signed the agreement.

I have been coming to American Storage for some time - to refill my propane tank for the grill. I wasn't aware of how propane companies, at times, provide less than a full tank of propane for the same price as a full tank.

I just checked in at American Storage. The managers there were genuine and went the extra mile to ensure that the unit I rented was spic and span clean. They offered water bottles the day we moved in and also offered to run and get lunch for us while we were busy moving in. One more thing off our minds on a busy day. I'll use this company again and recommend them to my friends.
