(More) We called this company out on February 17, 2009 to fix our HDTV--a Panasonic flat screen T.V. model number PT-50LCX64. We had a warning on this projection T.V. that gave the warning that the T.V. would turn off in one minute & to call a T.V. technician to clean the air filter.
The owner came out replaced the projection bulb & then removed the speaker panels to "supposedly" clean the air filters. He actually told me that there was a tube at the bottom of the speaker that let air flow through to the bulb to cool the projection bulb. One week later the same warning came up--T.V. turned off--& stated call a T.V technician to clean air filter.
We called Panasonic, the manufacturer & found out that the back speakers have nothing to do with cleaning the air filters. It took him about 5 minutes & he charged us $697.44. Note: that we had replaced the projection bulb ourselves in the past for approximately $200.00. Very easy to do.
We will never use this company again. (Hide)
