      I was not happy with the way staff treated me when there was a scheduling error. I had driven a hour to get there and they would not see my dog even though i had made an appt. They couldn't find it in their books and got ugly with me when i told them i knew i had an appointment. Also the vets were not very detailed in their explainations during various visits there. I would only go in an emergency if my new vet is not open.

      caring staff who take the time to help you and have reasonable prices, always very friendly and not a long wait

      I will never use them. Its a small town where everyone knows everyone. We have been out to eat three times that we were seated next to this vet and listened to him telling the lady with him how stupid his clients are and even called them by name. This didn't just happen once, but three separate occasions. Hey Doc, if all your clients were veterinary geniuses there would be no need for you! Unless you want to your neighbors to hear how big of an idiot you are, you may want to consider using someone else. This man is one of the very few large animal vets around here, but there's a reason we use Dr. Paul and Dr. Coker!
