This place is horrible! Dont bother wasting money.

I have always enjoyed eating at this establishment, but lately the service and the quality of food has been horrific. I thought I'd give them one more chance tonight. Boy, was that ever a mistake. It took over thirty minutes for the waitress to take our order. The restaurant wasn't brimming over with people, either. We paid for our order at the drive-up window and then had to wait an additional hour for the food. We could see through the window that a group of employees were milling around laughing and having a good time. It was obvious that providing good customer service was not on their minds. When we finally received our over-priced food, carolina pulled pork sandwiches and bread pudding; there was a scant amount of meat in both sandwiches. Whoever put them together didn't take ANY pride in what they were doing, and the bread pudding was frozen solid. The waitress at the window was very rude and didn't care that she was either. This world is suffering in customer service. Customer is no longer King! I will NEVER spend a dime of my money at this establishment ever again. It's a shame, too, because the food used to be pretty good. I'll drive to Lubbock before I spend a dime at this Rib Crib.
