If one could imagine the Mayberry RFD insurance agency, you'd have an idea of the almost comical service this business provides. Like Barney the Deputy Sheriff, they are their own worst enemy.

We obey all laws (even those we know are anti-consumer friendly) and the many company rules as well, which is, sadly, counter to many in our industry. We will not lie to a company or a client to write an insurance policy. Our decisions/processes are based solely on the Golden Rule.Unfortunately, we would be unable to assist with any complaint or request that did not describe the nature of the problem a customer may have experienced with our service or the company they were insured with at the time the failure occurred. We represent many insurance companies with direct appointments and hundreds more through brokerage companies.
