Bought a dozen roses and a bunch of "poms" this past Sunday. Cost was 27 dollars and change. Drove seven miles away, cut the ends, placed them in lukewarm water mixed with the food purchased with the flowers. They were drooped over and dead by Tuesday. On Tuesday morning I stopped in and spoke to the same woman who made the sale on Sunday. While I was explaining that the flowers had died prematurely I saw the prices over the buckets that I took the flowers from and realized I was overcharged. After bringing both of these issues to the same woman she said she was sorry. That's it, nothing more. Been going there for years but it is not anywhere near the place that it was. There have been a couple of people there that have been very nice/kind but it's obvious the owner is disinterested in repeat sales.

FORMER management (prior to 2011) was awesome. Customer service was great, flowers were always fresh, arrangements were lovely & reasonably priced. NEW / CURRENT management stinks! Store is messy & disorganized. Customer service is poor. For years I had purchased Christmas evergreen balls for the cemetery. They were beautiful. Christmas 2011, under new management, the ball fell apart 2 days after purchase. For Mother's Day 2012, I purchased a dozen 'tube' arrangements for the cemetery. When I asked for styrofoam or something similar to transport the arrangements, the cashier said she didn't have any to spare ! I carried them out in my arms! Can you imagine -- a florist without a piece of styrofoam to spare ! Won't ever go back !!!

I live in Arizona - my cousin Bobby passed away - needing a florist to send flowers on short notice in Michigan sight unseen was a difficult task until I found Flower Peddler and spoke with Ryan. He kindly made a wonderful basket arrangement for our family along with making sure it will be delivered within the hour. I will recommend and use this florist again. Customer service is so important and I found it here.

Always has very very fresh flowers at great prices. The employees are very polite and the wedding and funeral flowers that my family purchased were great.
