wow, glad I read that before wasting our money.

So the price is a bit steep - we checked into our hotel and got to the water zoo a bit after 4- no one told us it would be 1/2 price if we just waited until 5! We swam and played for awhile and I noticed the lifeguards doing push-ups, pull-ups and dips while "on duty". Also the music featured some nice Nicki Manaj (pills and potions) and Chris Brown ( These Hoes Ain't Loyal) and a LOT of other hip-hop/rap with INAPPROPRIATE subject matter for a family place. So, the water park itself is fine but the atmosphere and staff need some major training - or just a manager who does his or her job

For the price we paid (7 ppl) wr expected the bathroom/changing facilities to be better..both men and women's restroom STUNK of urine. No clue why bc they looked clean but made u NOT want to go in there. Also as for changing..there was no space, benches to place our stuff on othr than the sinks or back of toilet without having to use the food..we will stay local nxt time. Also, the concession is WAY OVERPRICED and it felt like we were eating school caferteria food...overall we expected more for the price.

Get there early. They have two registers letting customers pay and only one line with a wrist band scanner letting customers in and out of actual water park. I realize this is their first spring break to be open, but if they don't make huge improvements in handling crowds soon they will not be open next spring break. The kids had a great time and it is a fun park, but the entrance and paying situation is horrible. The manager could also take a few classes in PR. He was very unprofessional and I heard a lot of adults say they would not be coming back.
