Best place ever , great prices good honest down home people

I will NOT recomend this establisment to anyone; nor will use agian. Im not very happy with quality of work or warenty. I sent a Delco starter for a generator in to be rebuilt and when I got it back and installed it; it was doing the same thing. They informed me that the gear was stripped out agian and it was our fault. I told them the starter was doing the same as before they rebuilt the starter(or did they rebuild??). They told me the starter has a plastic gear that stripped out agian; they could replace the plastic gear for another plastic gear for $40.00 more or there is nothing they would do. I informed them that had already order another starter and it was working fine. They said it probably has a steel gear. You would think that if a plastic gear was a problem they would of fixed it the first time with a steel gear, sence they had to order the parts??? (maybe needing experince with Delco starters; just wondering) He told me that sence I had already bought another starter, I have fixed my own problem. So I spent $60.00 for this lesson. Just saying my oppion on what happen to me. They get 1 star only because it will not let me ave the review. How can I change this to 1/2 star????
