(More) at first all was well, the sandwich was fantastic and the service quick. i became displeased when i went to pay. the man became unpleasant when i presented him with a coupon i had obtained from the "cleveland/bradley county coupon book". it was for 1/2 off combo which is what brought me in to try the business. he not only overcharged me but griped about the coupon not being right and that the business never signed off on the ad, etc, etc. i told him that the meal was good and i'd be back because i was being polite. but i won't. he really should have kept that coupon stuff to himself. customers are not interested in such things. Make sure you check your order! And even though they offer delivery you can tell by the customer service you get that they don't prefer to do it! They have been very rude numerous times when having to make a delivery and never apologetic. (Hide)
