When I was ready to purchase a new Acura I always check to make sure John will be working when I stop by to look at the latest models. John made a positive lasting impression on me at the first sale and therefore no other salesman would do! John was always professional, knoledgable and respectful which is important to me. Not only is he a great salesman but also a nice person. I appreciate that he took the time to answer any of my questions and to work around my schedule. With my last purchase he came in on his day off to complete the paperwork as this was the best time for me. I LOVE my Acura and am glad that years ago I decided I deserved such an awesome car. John did a great job anticipating my needs while accommodating my desire to stay within a particular budget. The whole staff at Crown Acura was beyond helpful and made the car buying experience enjoyable. I also wanted to trade in my current vehicle, which I felt would complicate the transaction. I was prepared for misdirection, bait-and-switch and overall misery. Instead, Chris Duncanson showed me a certified used RDX that was perfect for my needs, gave me a fair value for my trade in and presented me with the bottom line in simple straightforward terms.
