Very bad experience here. Ordered a drug mail order for me after I specifically told them I could not/would not take it because of severe side effects. They are now forcing me to pay for it, even after I have confronted the nurse, an assistant and the manager. They refuse to admit their mistake. Didn't even inform me they were ordering it AFTER I told them I could not take it. Manager is saying if I come to them for care, I have to take what they tell me to. What happened to patient's rights here??
