I called Smith's garage and Mr. G. Smith came out and inspected it on Tuesday and was back Wednesday morning and fixed it. I received GREAT service from Smith's garage. I have all ready saved the number in my phone for any future issues I may have with my garage door. Thank you

We were referred to Smiths door through our home builder. They were very personable and accommodating, the company rep met with us on a weekend due to me and my wives work schedule. The rep was very knowledgeable of the products and walked us through picking out multiple garage doors that worked both ascetically and functionally for what we needed on our house. Ordering and installation was quick and painless. The rep even came back out to the house on his way home from work one day to answer some questions we had about the doors we had installed. If I ever again needed garage door installation or service there is no one I would even think to consider or refer to someone else due to their amazing service we were given.

We had a broken spring on our garage door and even though I normally am a DIY type of person there was no way I was going to attempt something as dangerous as replacing a garage door spring. We needed the door fixed to get the machines for our business out. I called Smith's Garage Doors and they set us up with an appointment the next day and replaced the broken spring on the spot. Everyone we talked to at Smith's was very friendly and given our situation, was willing to schedule the job and get it done quickly.
