I've using this place for boarding and grooming my dog and always had a very good experience. Much better than a lot of places in Clarksville!!

I asked how many years of experience the groomer had. She said 13, yet she didn't even cut my dogs dewclaws which are about to go into his skin. I've yet to be satisfied with this store.

I took my husky to get brushed, bathed, and nail trimmed. He was there for four hours. He was bathed twice but they did not trim his nails or brush him! I thought at first it was just fluffy from the bath but no! Its awful I brushed for 30 minutes and barely put a dent in his coat! I know huskies are hard to brush but I've never been somewhere that I immediately had to brush him!

tanks are far from the cleanest usually have dead or dieing fish in their tanks. I special ordered 2 sting rays 1st one made it fine 2nd died in 2 days. only go here because no other choices in town.

I bought my last dog here and I have to say that this is the best pet store in town ! They always have what I need ! The mice and rats I feed to my snake are well priced and always fresh !

I've been going to them about three years now and watched as changes have been made to improve the store and pet care. I think most of the staff is well educated and caring for the pets in stock and the merchandise as well. If one can't help you with something, they find a coworker who can. The prices are made reasonably too.

I have been a dedicated customer for 5 years I have a Red tail boa the heat Lamb bulbs burn our, in a week r too I bought a sills tank heater that failed the first day they replacement was a reptitherm u.t.h it query n about 6 weeks I tried to return it and was told they don't sell them and never have I would not trust them. Dead frozen rats smell rotten. Very disappointed I will never go back

I have never had anything but good things to say about this store. They take care of the animals they have in stock, have informed workers for any questions I have regarding fish or ferrets or lizards. Always courteous and merchandise is at a great price! My wife and I really became knowledgable of fresh and salt water fish from talking with the people there, not just the employees, and go there every Friday for " fish day" to see what their new stock is. In regards to the comment about the dogs from breeding farms or something like that, that's a lie. All the animals they get are from certified distributers or from locals who are trying to find good homes for their animals. There has never been a single case of neglect that I have seen over the last five years I have been here. I highly reccomend this store fir anything and everything: grooming, met handise, supplies, animals, and advise. I trust them while heartedly.

I have been using J&M since they opened. They have gotten worse since opening. Their fish tanks are always dirty with dead fish and disease. Their staff is not very knowledgeable when it comes to freshwater fish. Their freshwater livestock does not fair very well when stocked into a clean tank. I have purchased from their tanks as well as having fish ordered and picked up as soon as they were delivered and brought home in the shipping bags to have the majority die. The last straw was the last time I went in a few weeks ago, I saw Justin (the owner) and said "hey" only for him to look at me and roll his eyes. So if that's how I will be treated after more than a year of purchases than I will be happy to drive to a real pet store (The Aquatic Critter) in Nashville.

My husband and I bought a kitten from them this past Sunday. It slowly got sicker and sicker as the week progressed. Wednesday came and she started throwing up blood. We rushed the poor girl to the Vet where they told us she was maybe 3 1/2 weeks old at most. Not 8. She sadly passed away yesterday afternoon after the Vet did everything she could to save her and keep her breathing. I wrote an ad on Craigslist and Bookoo trying to contact the other people who adopted these kittens. I got in touch with 2 of them so far who also had adopted them on Sunday and all 3 are now deceased. One of which was within 3 hours of taking it home. Please Do Not buy animals from this store. Go to an animal rescue instead.

A very great store got all kinds of cool animals and the groomer Mel knows how to groom a dog she is the best groomer I know if anyone has a dog I would bring it to her because she is the best at it and knows what she doing and does it right but Justin is so cool and crazy but u can't go in nowhere and not have some kind of fun but when u come in this pet store u have all kinds of fun it's true when they say they treat ur pets like family because u don't have to worry bout ur dogs there if u grooming them or boarding them but anyways if you want ur dog groomed call there and ask for Mel

Great pet store! Always has great and friendly staff and the owner justin is such a cool guy! Very knowledgeable and helps us out with whatever we need! We've bought our beautiful discus fish from there, even a baby rat! Very clean and always has cool reptiles, fish, birds, small animals and puppies to look at! Our whole family loves it and I would recommend anyone to go there! Great prices too!

I won't refer anyone to J&M. Was in there today and was told that one of the puppies I was looking at was a pure bred AKC registered schnauzer. I was raised with schnauzers and after doing research on the AKC site that registered schnauzers are only allowed in 3 colors (salt and pepper, black and silver, and solid black). The price of $599 for a "mutt" is unreasonable.

Absolutely love it here! The staff is so knowledgable about the animals and they have some awesome prices. Justin the owner is awesome and remembers me by name when I go in there once a week to get mice for my snakes. Once we leave Clarksville I'll be coming back to get my J&M fix!

J&M Petland gave me excellent service , the owner Justin waited on me , I purchased a bird , Cockatoo , I am so thrilled with my bird , he is starting to talk. I would highly recommend this Pet Shop to anyone.

Great pet store. They've got lots of variety. It is definently the best place for reptiles in town. I have 2 bearded dragons and get all of my feeders and supplys from them. They are always fair. Justin is always helpful. Great people and have definantly made that pet shop 1000 times better than when L&L was there. It no longer smells like animal feces. I'D GIVE THEM 10 STARS IF I COULD.
