The technician was so nice and well educated about my washer.. the washer was vibrating really loud, other companies said it was unbalanced loads or too much soap. Mr Expert came out and checked everything and found the problem. yes it was my fault! but I'm glad he found the problem. this was friday and we use the washer over and over and it sound like brand NEW. thank you..

The gentleman that came to my house on Blackpatch dr ,Springfield,tn,was nice as soon as he looked at it he knew what to do.I called the office the day before asking when he was coming and for a courtesty call,the lady I talked with said they didn't do that any more and she was not as friendly as some of the orthers.
