This is a very inexpensive service and the bundle with basic is the cheapest route. Any time there has occasionally been a discrepancy in our bill or problem with our service, they took care of it and were always customer-oriented about it. Anytime we would need to pay later on our bill, we would call and they would always honor that and set us up with a promise-to-pay date, which in turn we always honored. (Not 5 stars due to occasional phone and/or bill problems in the past, but it is a very small factor in comparison to the max benefits). We've been at our residence for 8.5 years and have had Charter for most of that time.
