I would not recommend this shop. I took my van in for repairs and was billed $615. The next day the engine blew up. What I discovered was there was a considerable amount of sludge build up on the valves. The spark plugs were also covered in oil. John, the owner was told twice to take a look at it from his own mechanic but failed to bother. Bottom line, they took my $615 for repairs on something they knew was dire straits and would failed in a very short time. In fact, the day I got my van back from them, the engine blew up. I have nothing nice to say about such dishonest work.

I love this shop. Been back many times for all sorts of diffrent stuff. I like that I can send my wife and kids there and they will get the respect that we have come to know from sunnyside. I send family and friends there all the time. Only problem I have ever had was they got a dirty hand print on my mirrior and they cleaned it right away.

They are all ways busy and I like that. U know a place is good when they are all ways busy.

Once again these guys have gone out of there way to help this family. They had our car towed to there shop and back on the road the next day. The free loaner car was nice and made it so I could return to work.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NEVER EVER GO HERE.

Took my car in for a 60,000 mile tune- never had problems before. After a while the engine started to smoke. Took my car back 3 times.

Finally took it to another shop that showed me where they tried to jerry-rig the head in place using washers and silicone. Needless to say all the oil leaked causing a busted piston and the need for a whole new engine.

He blamed me. I am female you see and I must have been driving my vehicle without oil and I did this. I did not install improperly sized bolts and then try to glue the head together.

He takes no responsibility. No Shame. No conscience.

These guys busted my rear view mirror on my Ford Ranger when it was in the shop for a totally unrelated repair. When I picked up the truck, the mirror fell out and when I asked them to fix it, they man handled the mirror back in 'temporarily' which held for approx a mile from the shop. I later learned the whole mirror unit had to be replaced. They knew they broke the mirror and certainly didn't feel the need to fix their screw-up (i.e. replace the RV mirror unit). I will never, ever take any of my vehicles here for repair and would suggest everyone else avoid them as well.

honest mechanices! John and his crew take good care of their customers and have a very good price. I was able to get my vehicle serviced and running smooth again in the same day! I highly reccomend them for your auto service needs!

Our family has used Sunnyside automotive for a couple of years now. They have saved us time and time again. The owner is allways willing to take the time to listen and he has never tryied to up sell us on anything. We get what we ask for then some. Now no one is perfect and when I did have a problem he addresed it right away and I never had to ask twice. We refer others there. Give them a try and tell them Brain struckmeier sent you!
