The staff is very friendly, however I had to wait an hour and a half to even be seen by the doctor! And that was with and appointment! The rooms are not mopped in between dogs, only the tables are cleaned! The room we were in smelled like old urine! My dog had kennel cough and was sneezing all over the floor, so if they are not mopping the floor, other dogs are getting sick! Then I was told they needed to keep my dog for 2-3 hours to do two x-rays because they were too busy at the time to do it! Well 2-3 hours turned into over 4 hours! Then when I went to pick my dog up, I had to wait another hour for the vet to go over the x-rays with me! And to top it off, they tried to squeeze even more money out of me by asking me if I wanted them to send off the x-rays to an expert to review for an extra $65! If they aren't qualified to read x-rays properly, why are they doing them?!?!Needless to say, I would not recommend them to anyone and I WILL NOT be going back!!!!!!!

I was very pleased with the care my dog got when he was neutered here. I am a physician, so am happy to report this is a great place, as the price was very reasonable and all of the staff friendly and professional.

I've been trying to find a new vet for my dog because I've been unhappy with the care she received at her usual one. I came across this vet in the yellow pages and decided to give them a try because my dog was very sick. From the phone call to the visit, it was very professional and each person my dog encountered was very caring and understanding. I really felt like my dog was in good hands. I quickly trusted this doctor, who was absolutely awesome. He was very thorough and even called me at home to check on my dog. He gave detailed explanations of what was going on with my dog. I highly recommend this place to everyone. They love animals and it shows! I'm very grateful to them.

I LOVE this place! They took time to talk to me about issues with my cat and was very gentle in giving my cat his vaccinations. I have gone to several Vets in the area and have walked away feeling taken advantage of and worried for my pets health due to over vaccinations and/or overdosing on anestetic. I feel safe with my pets at this animal hospital, I would give more stars if I could.
