I had bought my bedroom furniture in 2014 and it's still in great condition.. Love it...

Should really change the hours of operation it says online that they close at 730 we got there at 7 on the dot and they refused to let us in. Also was not clear with a customer that pick up times differ from store hours. Very disappointed.

Put furniture on layaway told them at the end of July would be getting out on 8/26 get there to pay it off they said tried to order it two days ago and it was discontinued but did not bother to call me won't go back again ever horrible customer service.

Great furniture WHEN ITS THERE. You pay for your choice and place it in their so called LAYAWAY programs yet they will under shoot you and sell your picked purchase right after you leave. Then they claim that before your allowed to pickup your merchandise you are to give them a 3 week notice in advance..hmm why is that? so they can try and get something thats comparable to what you chose back in the store because they have your money and they have sold your furniture!! No refunds mind you, just pay off the remanding balance and THEN they will order your merchandise and call you 3 weeks later so you can pick it up. This is not a very trust worthy business practice in my opinion and I absolutely will NEVER do business with them again nor do I recommend them to anyone. Not even worth the 1 star I gave them.

I wish I would have come here before doing business with these crooks. I purchased a couch, love seat, coffee and 2 end tables. I spotted it last summer and periodically went in the store to look at I finally went in to lay it away on Feb 22 this year. I went in to weeks later to leave a large payment and suddenly it was gone. This was very upsetting and disappointing. I decided after awhile to go somewhere else and asked for my money back. The sales rep told me for the first time about their policy that they take a huge percentage upon canceling. I had no choice but to keep paying until I could get my furniture. They offered me another set for same price even though they said it was 100.00 dollars more but said I had to wait for it. I really had no choice they also did not inform of the delivery policy. I rushed to pay off the furniture only to be told it would be a 4-6 week wait for delivery! I will never ever go near this store again! It's April 1st and I still have not gotten my paid for +delivery fee furniture! Don't go to this store!

Very good furniture I love Ashley furniture , and they carry a lot of Ashley furniture its sturdy, and the layaway terms are great service is good the only thing is they don't help assimble the furniture for you but they do deliver at somewhat good prices depends on if you have stairs I do recommend them .butI do think that if you buy a lot of things from them within a 6 month period they should waive the delivery charges like if you spend over two thousand

I purchased a bedrm set also a dinette set in 2010 ,and i just purchased a livingrm table set aug 2011 Long,s have come a long way with their better quality furniture. only flaw they have they dont assemble they just deliever only. so the bottom line is do your layaway which saves you money cause you dont have finance charges and have someone on standby to assemble. I recommend Long,s.
