Colerain in Dayton is awesome - we were unable to make the deal we wanted at our local dealer in NJ. The very first time I spoke to Joe Cole he was amazing - he got right to work along wuth the finance people and even the owner of the company long story short the folks at Colerain made our dreams come true and found us a beautiful coach beyond our dreams. We were nervous about such a large purchase sight unseen and so far from home - Joe made it such an easy process and Julie along with the service team had everything ready and awaitng our arrival. After a very detailed orientation by Julie off we went happily for the 600 mile trip home the camper functioned perfectly on our trip home . End of story u would think - but not for Colerain - I just got a call from Joe our salesman checking on us and making all was well - and letting us know we had forgotten a cowboy hat in r old camper that means alot to my husband - Joe was letting me know he was shipping it back to us.

Colerain RV has wonderful service. I have a very old Coleman pop up trailer. It is no longer made so it is almost impossible to get parts. They are very helpful in finding parts or inventing parts to replace broken parts. They are always friendly and helpful. This is my first trailer and they have given me advice in how to set it up. I didn't even buy the trailer from them. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible.

Great folks at Colerain RV ... I got our trailer repared there last spring and was so pleased we went back and bought a new Heartland MPG from them recently... great folks, no pressure sales and a very nice RV parts store.

Our company had a customer located in this vicinity with entry door problems on their shuttle bus, and the service department at Colerain checked and repaired it the very next day. Very accommodating and helpfull.
