Dr Chester Turner and Staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional Demeanor with a down to earth approach. As a military family we have lived in many places and this is the best Dental Office we have ever found. I would not dream of going to another dentist. It had been a few years since I had been to a dentist and I was looking for a new one. I called several dental offices for information and an appointment. The only returned call that I received was from Dr. Ruffin's office. Bill returned my call and he was very helpful to me. He took down my insurance information and asked me to verify my coverage. I returned his call and he explained everything to me as well as set up an appointment for me. Bill was so pleasant and helpful on the phone that I was quite impressed. Now that I've had my first visit, I'm also impressed with Donna's kind and pleasant attitude. I was very comfortable at the office.
