Hooked me up with a loaner car until they had their Mechanic look over it JUST TO MAKE SURE there were no problems! Got me a decent car note too! Hi my name is anonymous, I got my 05 impala back in march of 2013. At the beginning of September a noise under my hood started knock, I took my car to auto zone and had it put on the machine. They told me I needed a tuneup. I stopped driving the car due to the noise. 2 weeks later i got my tuneup done, but the noise never stopped. I drove the car for two days and then it wouldn't start up at all. I then called Gnote and spoke to victor, he gave me geo's number. Geo then let me no he would b out to tow my car to their shop. He towed my car and has now had it for 3weeks now. he informed me the motor is blowen, I have a warranty on this vehicle. Geo now says he still can't figure out what the problem is, I still have no car and still have to pay a car note for a car I'm not driving. Do not go to gnote. I want my money back now..

My name is Nicholas "Nick". I purchased a 2004 Jeep Cherokee on August 6th 2012. My sales person was Victor. I was treated very good by him. A few days after I bought the truck I had a noise from the front end and called Victor to see if they could look at the problem. He refered me to Geonnie the Mechanic. He took my name and number and called me back about an hour after I talked to him. He had me drop the Jeep off two days later. The Jeep was there for a day and I got it back it was fine. Two weeks later I had a problem the Temp gage was reading Hot then Normal Hot then Normal. So I once again called Victor, but he was off. I spoke to Robert he was busy and again took my name and number. I recieved a return call from Richard about two and half hours later. He made anppointment for the next day. The next morning I dropped of the the Jeep at G-Note Motors and picked it up after work that day. The Jeep has been fine ever since. I have to say I have not really gotten a hard time from any
