As a lifelong outdoor enthusiast, I've visited some of the world's richest natural environments. But those experiences pale in comparison to the day my wife and I spent with Craig and his outfit Pepper Bush Adventures touring the Tasmanian bush.
From the moment we were greeted at the airport, Craig worked with us to tailor the trip to our specific desires. The menu of potential activities seemed limitless, but my wife and I agreed on three specific themes: food, wine, and nature. With the highest level of hospitality, Craig saw to it that we had a complete experience in all regards.
We kicked off the day by visiting two outstanding wineries, each representing an extreme end of the commercial spectrum. One was small and rustic, while the other was large and polished, but both offered copious tastings of high quality wines.
