Robert couldn't have been nicer and made this service call a very positive experience. I've been to this dealer for all of my warranty/service work, and have never been disappointed.

From the moment I arrived, I didn't feel pushed or hassled at Carr's. They laid everything out to me simply and even negotiated with me and got me the price that I wanted to pay. They also helped me find affordable insurance. I was also in and out in a little over an hour. This was a very good experience for me and I would highly recommend both C.J. and Marc. They made an experience I usually despise quite pleasant and fun.

Alex was fast to reply to my internet request for information on the inventory the dealership had of the Honda Fit we where interested in and was helpful over the phone. At that point we decided to pay him a visit at the dealership to take a test drive and discuss pricing. We looked at a few models and test drove one and Alex helped us compare the cars. He was low key and honest with us about pricing. We decided to buy and within two hours we were driving away in our new Honda Fit!
