After another lawyer botched up my custody case beyond repair (or so I thought), Nelson came in and did the impossible. With less than two months before my trial, Nelson jumped in without hesitation and quite literally "saved the day." Within days he was up to speed and taking action.
He was patient, thorough, and worked tirelessly to handle each new issue that arose in a very complicated case. He makes himself available and works very hard to give his clients sound guidance through legal decisions. I was frustrated with my previous attorney, and frightened and scared for my daughter's future. Nelson's calming manner and extensive knowledge of the system helped keep me calm.
I can't say enough about how wonderful Nelson is and how hard he worked (after I came to him at the last minute with a mess of a case). My daughter and I wouldn't be where we are today without him and we are so very grateful. The move to Nelson as my lawyer was one of the best decisions of my life (Hide)

(More) That about summarizes my experience. Mr. Garcia was patient and knowledgeable. He listened to my ideas and goals. He kept me focused and honorable even when circumstances tempted me otherwise. I always felt he was working in the best interest of my children and I. He always looked first for that 'reasonable solution' instead of just fighting it out in court but when it came to that, he was one step ahead all the way. We made an excellent team. I have recommended him to my friends with family law problems and he has continued to shine. Thanks Nelson, if all lawyers were like you, the world would be a better, more cooperative, place. (Hide)
