A nice place , well kept, but doesn't feel like visitors are all that welcome. There seems to be a small group of members who want to make it their private play ground. They put their initials on some of the umbrellas and or leave towels on some lounge chairs over night even to reserve THEIR spot. There are NO written rules anywhere allowing this but you will be told to not sit there by the president if she sees you coming in. In the year we have been coming we have never seen the person who reserves it as theirs even come in. Lots of drinking here if that bothers you and a few can get rather mouthy. They love to play volley ball all day making the pool unavailable during those games. Women often will cover up when they walk to the restrooms or office. The place is supposed to be full nude required at all times. Makes you FEEL naked when some wear clothes. Saturday night is party night just so you know. I think we will go elsewhere now.

My boyfriend and I spent his birthday at Carolina Foothills Resort . And had a wonderful time. The people are very nice. It was our first time at a nudist resort. CFR made it easy for us 2 feel comfortable and at ease .

Great place to take your clothes off and get a tan. The people at CFR are the real treasure.

It's a wonderful location to de-stress and relax feeling the tension of the work week slip away.
